On the upper floor there are two twin bedrooms with beds, both with access to a terrace with ocean views. Both the rooms have dressers and wardrobes.
Upstairs there is also a spacious bathroom with a comfortable bathtub, two sinks, toilet and bidet.
The villa also has a private saltwater swimming pool in the enclosed garden. The covered terrace of the courtyard has four sun loungers, tables, a large parasol, table and six chairs.

The villa is an ideal location for those who would like to cycle along the Parenzana route. Before Grozjan, in the area called Stazione, you can join this fantastically beautiful cycling/hiking route.
Picturesque Groznjan with its countless galleries is 2.7 km.
Shopping opportunities are available 5 km away in Bujé, where a SPAR Supermarket, an excellent butcher, and a bakery await customers.
Kanegra Beach is 17 km away, the beaches around Umag are 18 km away. Trieste 50 km, Portoroz, Piran, Koper, Muggia are on the way.
